Resolution #60 - Amend and adopt Resolution #73-2006 Procurement Renewal

                            Agreement.

 

Resolution #61 – Authorize the Dancescapes Booster Club (14 Willow Street

                            Johnson City, NY) to hold a benefit for Macey King on Sunday,

                 June 8th 2008 (2:00 – 5:00PM) in the municipal parking lot

                  between Willow Street and Broad Street.

 

Resolution #62 – Authorize a community yard sale to be held in Boland Park on

                            Sunday, May 4th 2008 (11:00AM – 4:00PM) to benefit the

                            Humane Society.  Items not sold will be donated to the

                            Salvation Army.

 

Resolution #63 – Authorize Mayor Lewis to sign contracts for the Carousal and

                            Pagoda Grants from the New York State Office of Parks,

                            Recreation and Historic Preservation.

 

Resolution #64 – Authorize Mayor Lewis to seek bids for moving the Pagoda

                            located at CFJ Park.

 

Resolution #65 – Authorize Mayor Lewis to sign agreement with New York State

                            Department of Transportation for pre-emption equipment on

                            DOT signals.

 

Resolution #66 – Authorization for the Police Department to send Patrolmen

                            Hillman and Viengkham to the Capital District Gang Regional

                            Information Sharing Conference, Albany, NY on 4/28/08 –

                            5/2/08, with the Village to reimburse all customary and

                            reasonable expenses with an estimated cost of $940.00.

 

Resolution #67 – Authorization for the Mayor and Clerk/Treasurer to attend the

                            Public Employer Risk Management Association, Inc. [PERMA]

                           Annual Meeting on May 23, 2008, at Bolton Landing, NY.  Total

                           Estimated Cost:  200 miles @ $0.505 per mile = $101.00; with

                the Village to reimburse all customary and reasonable

                expenses.

 

Resolution #68 - Request made by Trustee Hannon for the New York State

                           Comptrollers Office to perform a complete audit of the Village of

                           Johnson City payroll, for the time period of June 1, 1998 to May

   31, 2008, and that the Mayor of the Village of Johnson City take
