Resolution #61 Authorize
the Dancescapes Booster Club (
Johnson City, NY) to hold a benefit for Macey King on Sunday,

5:00PM) in the municipal parking lot
between Willow Street and
Broad Street.
Resolution #62 Authorize
a community yard sale to be held in Boland Park on
Sunday, May 4th 2008 (11:00AM 4:00PM) to benefit the
Humane
Society. Items not sold will be donated

Salvation Army.
Resolution #63 Authorize
Mayor Lewis to sign contracts for the Carousal and
Pagoda Grants from the New York State Office of Parks,

Resolution
#68 - Request made by Trustee Hannon for the New York State
Comptrollers Office to perform a complete
audit of the Village of
Johnson City payroll, for the time period of
June 1, 1998 to May
31, 2008, and that the Mayor of the Village
of Johnson City take
the appropriate action to initiate this
audit.
