·         The stenographer’s notes from the Dissolution Committee’s Public Hearing are in the Clerk’s Office and are available by FOIL [83 pages = $20.75].  The stenographer notes for the Village of Johnson City’s Public Hearing should be available in two weeks.

·         Mayor Hannon noted procedures and overview for the Public Hearing.

 

4.      PUBLIC HEARING

 

Village of Johnson City Dissolution Report and Plan of 7/20/09; formally received by Gerald Putman by the Village Board of Trustees on 8/18/09 at 8:12PM during the Village Board Meeting.

 

Mayor Hannon opened the Public Hearing for comments relative to the Village’s Public Hearing on the Dissolution Study at 7:10PM.  The stenographer recorded the public hearing.

 

           Mayor Hannon closed the Public Hearing at 8:45PM.

 

 

          

No action taken in this special meeting.

 

Mayor Hannon noted that the Board wishes at some time to consider all comments and anticipates that action will be taken at the September 15th Board meeting.  At that time the Board will consider a resolution to put the “proposition” on the November 3rd ballot.
